Na plech si navrstvíme tuto hmotu, snížíme teplotu trouby na 120☌ a necháme pomalu susšit cca 80 minut. Vyšleháme opravdu tuhý krém, který udrží špičky když vytáhnete metlu. Opatrně do něho přimícháme po částech cukr, škrob a vinný ocet. Zvenku křupavý, uvnitř krémový a doplněný o ovoce je naprosto fantastický. Jmenuje se právě podle jedné ruské baleríny a je naprosto lahodný. No a protože mám tak ráda tu baletní sukni, musela jsem udělat aspoň "baletní" dort Pavlova. Ráda se na něj podívám a pořád, stejně jako malé holce, se mi líbí tutu (baletní sukně).
Jediný zádrhel byl v tom, že jsem strašně tanečně nenadaná a to mi zůstalo na celý život :) Stejně jako to moje leváctví v tanci mi zůstala i láska k baletu.
